On going Construction

This time, i am showcasing an on going construction categorized as a High Rise Condominium and a Mid Rise Hotels in Bajada known today as the business capital of the city. This poor writer is not making any pre-selling act, advertisement, promotional nor I am connected with the Ayalas, but merely presenting how Davao City evolved as the premiere city destination of Mindanao.

The Kukon Hotel is now 70 percent completion while the Abreeza Residences around 20% in the making as of now.

Another midrise hotel is the JTC Skeptron Hotel in Lanang, Davao City. It is located to the North Business District of the city and close to the newly mega SM City Lanang Premiere, tagged as the biggest and largest mall of SM in Mindanao

I am going to show the existing midrise skycrapers of Davao City just to show to all Dabawenyos here and also outside the country that Davao is now a frontliner in terms of Booming Industry in Mindanao.

Booming Davao in the Making!

Hi to all! This is my very first blog and at first i have no idea what to write and share but my interest on skycrapers o skyline and other development in Davao City had made this thing materialized. I've been to other places like Cebu, Manila, and even Hongkong and commonly i have seen the breathtaking skylines of these places and how progressive they are in terms of investments ,economy and superb business climate. Davao for the past10 years slowly moving forward but recently we could actually smell and visibly see the influx coming of investors, and projects here, there and everywhere! Wow , Davao!
